In order to protect the privacy of all of our clients contributing to our market-level data, we aggregate and anonymize the market data on the Benchmarking report. You can find the number of participating property managers and an approximate number of properties in the blue box beneath the graph.

 ******Please note that in order for Benchmarking data to be available, we need at least 3 other Key Data partners with properties in the market you are trying to view and no one property manager can have more than 70% of the market’s property share.
