Nights Available
Nights that remain open for guest stays, after Nights Unavailable (owners nights, hold nights, block nights) are subtracted from Total Nights.
This KPI is useful for quickly determining the opportunity remaining for a given period. When combined with ADR for similar rates, it can also help calculate the revenue opportunity remaining.
Example:
Total Nights = 3,000 (100 properties on the program x 30 days in the month)
Unavailable Nights = 300 (100 owner nights + 100 hold nights + 100 block nights)
Nights Available = Total Nights - Nights Unavailable
Nights Available (2,700) = Total Nights (3,000) - Nights Unavailable (300)
