How can I cancel my account (professional property managers only)?
Please reach out to your Partner Success Manager if you would like to cancel your account. You are required to give a 60-day notice of cancellation. After that time we will cancel your future payments and turn the feed off to the dashboard. The account will no longer have live data and all users will be locked from the dashboard. Please know we are always willing to work with our clients on any issues they may have with the data or using their account.
Note: this process is valid only for professional property managers.
