We're excited to release several major enhancements with the primary update being the new Property Logbook.
With a major emphasis on collaboration & organization, we continued to hear from property managers that there was a need to collect & organize "notes" at the property level - so we're pleased announce it is now part of this release. We hope everyone is doing well, staying safe, and as always we welcome your input on anything else you think would be helpful to your businesses.
Logbook
The Logbook allows you to track all your notes and updates regarding a property in one location, fully integrated with all the dashboard screens. Pricing, marketing, and owner updates can easily be logged and tracked for each property to ensure that the entire team can see exactly what has been happening lately and historically for each property. Curious why a property is underperforming, you're now one click away from all your notes. Custom Unit Groups are also highly leveraged with this release. Attach properties to groups you want to watch with one click (Top Properties, Owner Manages Rates, Construction Next Door, Needs Attention, etc.) Also use our new Pinned Notes feature to keep the most important information easily visible at the top of any property's Logbook.
OTA Supply
When viewing the OTA Supply map, you can now see which properties in the market are currently on your management program. To view your listings, simply add your properties' Airbnb or VRBO link via Settings > Unit Settings.
Monthly Email Scheduling
Saved report emails may now be scheduled to be sent weekly or monthly. Choose the desired scheduling option from the Scheduling dropdown when saving a new report or editing an existing report.
