What does “adjusted” mean in the KPIs?

You’ll notice that there are several KPIs available in Key Data that include the term “adjusted” in their title. This term simply indicates that unavailable nights (owner nights and hold/blocked nights) are not being considered in the KPI’s calculation. With “adjusted” KPIs, these unavailable nights are subtracted from the total number of nights in your selected date range to yield the number of Nights Available for guests to book.
