Working with Reports
Reports are the building blocks of dashboards — here's what's available for your account type and how to use them.
What Is a Report?
Reports are the building blocks of dashboards. Each report is a pre-configured data visualization — a chart, table, scorecard, map, or heatmap — that shows a specific metric or analysis for your market.
Your Report Catalog
Access the Report Catalog from the sidebar. Reports are organized into four sections just like dashboards (Recent, Favorites, Shared, Pre-built). The catalog is automatically filtered to show only reports relevant to your account type.
Reports available to DMO Full accounts:
- Market Benchmarking
- Market Scorecards
- Market Feeder Markets (guest origin analysis)
- Unit Grouping reports (by bedrooms, sleeps, unit type, booking source)
- Yield Curve and Length of Stay analysis
- OTA Scorecards and Benchmarking — Airbnb and Vrbo (if OTA add-on is enabled)
- Hotel Scorecards and Benchmarking (if hotel access is enabled)
Reports available to DMO Lite accounts:
- Airbnb Scorecards and Benchmarking
- Vrbo Scorecards and Benchmarking
- Combined OTA analysis
- OTA-specific unit grouping and trend reports
Adding Reports to Dashboards
When building a custom dashboard, you pick reports from the report picker. Only reports compatible with your account type and data access appear.
You can add the same report multiple times with different filters to compare markets, time periods, or property types side by side on a single dashboard.
