Generate password-protected links to any of your template or custom dashboards with just a few clicks. Set an expiration date to control how long the link stays active, and rest easy knowing your data is protected.

When you create a link, you have the option to apply custom filters so recipients see exactly the data they need. Share specific date ranges, properties, or markets without overwhelming them with extra information.

Track Engagement

See when recipients view your shared dashboards. The Shared Links management page shows you the count of views and when it was last viewed, so you know who's staying informed and who might need a follow-up.

Manage Everything in One Place

Access all your shared links from your Key Data dashboard portal's Shared Links management page. Search by name or description, view applied filters, edit settings, or deactivate links whenever you need to.

How It Works

  1. Click on bottom left corner of your portal > Shared Links
  2. Select a template or custom dashboard you want to share (custom dashboards must be set to Shared/Public)
  3. Edit any filters to show only relevant data
  4. Set an expiration date, description and password
  5. Copy the link and password or a pre-formatted message 
  6. Paste into your email or CRM and send to recipients

Recipients simply open the link, enter the password you provided, and view your dashboard in a clean, read-only format. They'll see which filters are applied, so there's complete transparency about the data they're viewing.

Important to Know

  • Changes you make to your custom dashboard will automatically appear in all active shared links pointing to that dashboard
  • Recipients can view and interact with the dashboard but cannot change any Filters nor download or export any data
  • You'll need to send the shared link email yourself through your own email client or CRM (we provide the link message content, you handle the sending)
  • Shared Links are supported in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Greek
