New Capabilities

  • Dashboard and Section Descriptions

    • We've added the ability to add rich text descriptions to both dashboards and individual sections within templates. This major enhancement allows template creators to provide context, instructions, and explanations directly within dashboards, helping users understand what each dashboard and section displays.

  • New Metrics Available

    • Added "Owner Nights + Holds Occupancy %" KPI for both property manager and market-level analysis

  • Multi-Source Report Access Control – Smarter Data Security

    • Reports now require access to all connected data sources (e.g., Hotel + OTA Benchmarking).

    • Locked reports display clear permission messaging, keeping your data secure and eliminating confusing partial results.

    • We've improved the email address change process with better error handling and confirmation workflows, making account updates more reliable.

    • Why this matters: When users need to update their email address, the process is now smoother and more dependable, with clearer confirmation steps and better handling of edge cases.

  • Dashboard Ownership Visibility

    • We've added owner information throughout the dashboard catalog, making it easier for teams to identify who created and maintains each dashboard. This transparency helps with collaboration and dashboard governance, especially for larger teams managing multiple custom dashboards.

  • One-Click Layout Cleanup

    • Introduced a new "Clean Up" feature that automatically organizes section layouts, removing gaps and ensuring consistent formatting across different screen sizes. This saves time for users who want their dashboards to look professional without manual adjustment, and is especially helpful after adding or removing multiple reports.

  • Tooling 

    • For Administrators: Enhanced bug reporting, tracking, and improved email change workflows make account management tasks more straightforward and reliable.

    • For Product & Marketing Teams: The PostHog integration provides the insights needed to better understand feature usage and user needs, helping us build what matters most to your teams.

    • Admin Tools Fixed

      • Resolved an issue where admin impersonation sessions weren't properly logging which admin initiated the session, improving our audit trail and troubleshooting capabilities.

 

Bug Fixes

  • Unit Settings Enhancements

    • The Unit Settings pages (Service Dates and OTA Links) now display area mapping information directly within the grid. When a unit is mapped to multiple markets or areas, hovering over the unit name or alias displays a popover listing all the areas to which the unit belongs.

  •  Accurate Currency Display

    • DMO users now see their correct default currency immediately upon logging in, eliminating confusion and the need to manually adjust settings. This is especially important for our international clients who rely on localized data.

  • Onboarding Reliability

    • Fixed a backend configuration issue that was preventing new account onboarding emails from being processed correctly, ensuring new users receive their welcome materials on time.
