Navigating the Platform

The Sidebar

The left sidebar is your primary navigation. Here's what you'll find:

• Dashboards — Access your full dashboard catalog
• Reports — Access your full report catalog
• Favorites — Quick links to items you've starred
• Settings — Account and user preferences (admin users see additional options)

The Landing Page

When you first log in or click Dashboards or Reports, you land on a catalog page organized into four sections:

• Recent — Dashboards or reports you've viewed recently
• Favorites — Items you've starred
• Shared — Dashboards made public by other users in your organization
• Pre-built — Template dashboards curated for your account type

You can search and filter within each catalog. Clicking See All on any section expands it to a full view.

The Market Selector

At the top of your dashboards and reports, the market selector is where you choose which geographic area you're analyzing. It shows your assigned markets in a hierarchical tree. Selecting a parent area automatically includes all of its sub-areas.

Tip: If you only have one assigned market, the selector may be pre-set for you.
