NEW FEATURES

New KPIs & Metrics: Market Share KPIs

Our new Market Share KPIs—including PM Share Nights Available % and Market Share Nights Available %—are now live. These powerful metrics give property managers direct visibility into their inventory position by showing your exact share of available nights compared to the broader market. Available on market scorecards and benchmarking reports for ProData customers.

Reports & Filters:

  • Weekend Quick Date Ranges: Planning and analyzing weekend performance is now faster than ever. Users can now instantly set date ranges for "This Weekend," "Next Weekend," or "Weekend After Next" using standard Friday–Saturday logic. Available in the date range picker across all reports.

  •  Area Filtering Expansion: Enjoy a more complete and thorough filtering experience. The Areas lookup now comprehensively returns all available options—including static property types, locations, and amenities—to ensure you have a full set of choices when filtering by specific regions.

  •  Hide Inactive Units Filter: The "Hide Inactive Units" filter is now fully operational across all product verticals (PM and Direct data sources) at the section level. This allows for seamless exclusion of out-of-service properties, ensuring cleaner, more accurate inventory comparisons. Note: This filter is intentionally bypassed for growth and attrition KPIs (such as Churn Rate, Net New Units, and Growth Rate) to perfectly maintain historical data integrity.

Data & Exports: Unit Reservations Raw Export

Say goodbye to export delays. We have introduced a new, lightweight export path for unit-level reservation data. This resolves performance timeouts when exporting large portfolios and delivers significantly faster CSV/XLSX downloads directly from the Unit Details report.

FEATURE IMPROVEMENTS

Landing Page Speed Improvements: Your home page now loads faster than ever thanks to optimized query parallelization and the removal of redundant data fetches. Experience immediate access to your data, as comparison-range queries are now intelligently skipped where only primary-period data is consumed.

Booked On Anchor KPI Cleanup: We have refined the KPI sets for Booked On–anchored reports to remove arrival-based metrics that were previously cluttering the view. Additionally, feeder market reports now include highly relevant Guest Booked Revenue and Guest Bookings KPIs where appropriate to enhance your targeted marketing analysis.

REPORTING BUG FIXES

Report Import Stability: Fixed an issue where "Additional Filters" (such as Amenities, Sleeps, or Booking Sources) were occasionally lost when importing report documents. Your imported reports will now retain every configuration filter exactly as intended.

Access Control Enhancements: Implemented stricter security guards to ensure proper user access control, preventing Revenue Manager roles from incorrectly accessing the dashboard template gallery.

Unit Grouping Fix: Resolved a significant issue where total_units were being overcounted for properties appearing in multiple grouping buckets. This ensures per-unit metrics and group comparisons are now accurate
