• Getting Started

  • To use the new custom email functionality:

1. Navigate to any dashboard
2. Click the "Schedule Email" button
3. Use the dropdown to select contacts from your list
4. Enter custom email addresses in the new input field
5. Add a message and set your schedule
6. Click "Schedule Email" to confirm

• Improved Dashboard PDF Export 

  • We’ve improved dashboard PDF exports for greater reliability, speed, and ease of use. Exports now better reflect your dashboard content, with enhanced filter handling, clearer visual feedback, and fewer errors. Sharing your insights via PDF is now faster and more dependable.

    • Made PDF export actions more responsive and accurate by dynamically managing export state and order.
    • Removed static spinner display and added dynamic spinner within dashboard content for relevant user feedback during PDF loading.
    • Simplified and optimized report duplication and deletion functions for better performance and reliability

• Dashboard UI and Filter Improvements
  • We’ve made several updates to enhance how you interact with dashboards and reports:

    • Better Filter Experience: Resolved issues with the filter modal to ensure your selections apply correctly when adding reports.

    • UI Enhancements: Improved dropdown visibility and stacking order, making it easier to navigate KPIs, options, and multi-section dashboards.
      
      
    • Additional Updates: Added clearer messaging in empty lists, refined profile labeling, improved account preference tips, and introduced support for upcoming admin features.

Bug Fixes

• Bug Fix: Adding Reports to Custom Dashboards

  • We fixed an issue that caused a “Something went wrong—try again” error when adding certain reports (like leaderboard or unit details) to custom dashboards. This bug affected all accounts and was quickly resolved by our team on May 14, 2025. You can now add reports without any disruptions—thanks for your patience!

• Bug Fix: Unit Details List Report – Quarter/Year Filter

  • We fixed an issue where using the Quarter or Year filter in the Unit Details List report showed incorrect column headers (e.g., defaulting to "Jan 1" instead of "Q2" or "2025"). Headers now correctly reflect the selected timeframe, making reports clearer and consistent with the legacy system. This fix was prioritized to improve your reporting experience.
