      March 2025 Releases

      New Features

      • Saved Reports
        • All saved reports from the legacy platform can now be individually accessed in ANKD, reflecting a familiar experience. The final report migration batch included key reports—Guests, Revenue Booked, Marketing Reports, Unit Details, and Yield Curve—bringing ANKD to full migration parity. The modal now references “Report” instead of “Dashboard,” and legacy migration options have been removed to streamline the experience.
      • Enhanced Benchmarking
        • A new suite of Enhanced Benchmarking reports is now available for purchase, providing property managers with deeper market insights and clearer performance comparisons. These reports are accessible through the Enhanced Benchmarking prebuilt dashboard, which now appears in the main navigation and includes both existing and newly released reports. Reports in this pack will appear with a locked icon until purchased. Customers can request access through their PSM, who will facilitate the purchase until our new marketplace is launched.
      • OTA Report
        • A new OTA Benchmarking report pack—featuring Airbnb, VRBO, OTA, and Market vs. PM Benchmarking reports—is now available at no cost for clients in Latin America and Europe. This release provides enhanced visibility into market performance in regions where direct data is limited, helping property managers make more informed, competitive decisions.

      Improvements

        • Improved Market Hierarchy Review for MultiNational PMs 
          • The market tree structure has been updated for PMs using the MultiNational market hierarchy method. These changes specifically apply to Quintess Hospitality and Forge Holidays. Legacy structures remain unaffected; updates are relevant to ANKD only. 
      • Enhanced Scorecard: Report Filters Button Now in the Right Place!
        • The report filters button on the scorecard has been repositioned to prevent overlap with the scorecard title. The button is now placed to ensure clear visibility of the title, improving usability and layout consistency.
      • Streamlined Dashboards: Sections Now Collapse by Default
        • All dashboard sections now default to a collapsed state, providing users with a clearer overview upon opening.
      • Enhanced Filtering: Markets Now Collapse by Default in Reports
        • Market filters in all reports now default to a collapsed state, enhancing navigation and usability. The default collapse level is tailored to each account—Forge filters by country, while 360 filters by parent market.
      • Market Score Card Exports
        • Exported market scorecards now retain the dashboard layout and clearly distinguish property manager data from market data, ensuring clarity and consistency in shared reports.
      • Introducing Dynamic Search for KPIs
        • KPIs now feature a text input search in the drop-down, dynamically filtering results as you type for faster, more efficient navigation. 

      Bug Fixes

      • Improved KPI Picker: Smooth Scrolling for Easier Navigation
        • Resolved an issue with the KPI picker where a nested scrollbar hindered navigation. The list now scrolls smoothly, making all KPIs easily accessible. 
      • Date Picker Fix: Custom Dates Stay Locked
        • Fixed an issue where custom date ranges reset to the default. Dates now stay locked for accurate report filtering.
      • Collapsed Sections Stay Closed After Deleting
        • Fixed an issue where deleting a section reopened collapsed sections. Now, collapsed sections remain closed for a smoother, more stable experience.
      • Accurate KPI Totals Across All Reports
        • Resolved an issue where total rows didn't sum correctly, especially in compare ranges like Unit Groupings by Bedroom. This fix ensures accurate KPI totals and improves reporting reliability.
