How to Lock Out Key Data Users
Lock out other users from accessing Key Data if they leave your company
When an employee leaves your company, it’s important to secure your Key Data account by removing their access. Locking out a user immediately prevents them from logging in or viewing any account information.
In your Key Data portal, click on Your name in the bottom left corner > Settings.
Then, go to Users and find the name of the user you need to lock out. You can also type in the search bar to find the user you need.
After you've found the user in the list, click to select the checkbox under the Locked Out column.
Checking the Locked Out box will immediately revoke Key Data login access for that user. Any automated emails that have been previously scheduled for that user will also be deactivated.
