      TrevPAR (Total Revenue Per Available Rental Night)

      Key Data Calculation:

      TRevPAR = Total Revenue (Nightly) ÷ Number of nights in the date range


      Key Data's TrevPAR (Referred to as Total Revenue Per Available “Room”) KPI is the Total Revenue divided by the total number of nights during a selected time period.

      * TRevPAR for hotels typically includes Total Revenue for the period, included food and beverage (F&B) and all other revenue. Because most vacation rentals do not have F&B revenue and concierge revenue is still not widespread, TRevPAR includes Unit Revenue plus Other Revenue over the total nights in a given period.
