Exporting Your Data

Available Export Options

You can export dashboards and individual reports for offline use, presentations, and further analysis.

• Dashboard-level exports — creates a document of the entire dashboard as you see it, with all sections, charts, and data included and your current filter settings applied.
• Report-level exports — download individual charts or data tables from a specific report section.

How to Export a Full Dashboard

1. Open the dashboard.
2. Click the Export button in the header.
3. Choose your format and options.
4. Download the generated file.

How to Export a Single Report

1. Look for the export/download icon on the individual report section.
2. Select your format and download.

Export Tips

• Apply filters first. The export captures exactly what's on screen. Set your date range, market, and any other filters before exporting.
• Large dashboards take time. Dashboards with many sections may take a few minutes to generate. You'll be notified when it's ready.

Review before sharing. Always open the exported file and verify it shows the data you intended before sending it to stakeholders.
