      Feature 1: AI Performance Breakdown (Home Page)

      What It Does: Automatically analyzes your portfolio and delivers insights in three sections:

      • 💡 Next Moves - Specific, actionable recommendations

      How to Use It:

      • Review the breakdown every time you log in
      • Click specific properties or metrics to explore details
      • Use the "Share Insights" button to email the summary to your team

      Pro Tip: The AI updates twice daily after your dashboard data sync refreshes, so check back for fresh insights.

       

      Feature 2: Conversational AI (Individual Reports & Dashboard Templates)

      What It Does: Lets you ask questions about any individual report or a whole dashboard template in natural language.
