April 2026 Releases
NEW FEATURES
Instant Insights: "See More" Home Page Links
Your Home Page performance scorecards and tables are now smarter. Clicking the new "See more" links takes you directly to the corresponding full report or dashboard template. The best part? Your exact view—including date ranges, comparison periods, markets, and KPIs—is automatically carried over. No manual re-filtering required. Because these links are generated server-side, they always reflect your freshest data in real time.
Admin Panel — Dex AI Section
Administrators now have a dedicated home for managing AI-driven workflows. The new Dex AI section allows you to effortlessly oversee AI agent sessions, dashboard builder conversations, knowledge base entries, and user feedback—fully integrated alongside your existing admin tools.
Expanded Access: Revenue KPIs for Data Customers (DMOs)
We are unlocking deeper financial insights for our Destination Data (DMO) customers. You now have full access to Total Revenue and Unit Revenue KPIs, metrics previously exclusive to Property Managers. Additionally, a new Percent of Reservations KPI set definition is now live, making report configuration and dashboard selection more flexible than ever.
Discovery-First: DMO Dashboard Catalog Landing
To give DMO users a more intuitive, exploratory experience, logging in will now bring you directly to the Dashboard Catalog instead of a static snapshot. Browse, discover, and launch the perfect dashboard or template right from the start.
Broadened Horizons: General Markets View Expansion
Hotel and Market benchmarking reports are now fully accessible to customers with the General Markets View feature type, expanding robust benchmarking capabilities to a wider segment of users.
Deeper Analysis: Multi-Anchor Unit Grouping Reports
Gain a 360-degree view of your booking trends. Unit grouping reports (by booking source, bedroom count, property type, etc.) now support booked-on, arrival+booked-on, and cancelled-on date range anchors in addition to the standard arrival anchor.
Smart Aggregation: Rollup Property Grouping in Unit Filter
Managing parent-child property structures just got easier. You can now select a parent property in the units filter to view aggregated KPI data across all child units. The system automatically routes queries to prevent double-counting, ensuring your supply calculations are 100% accurate.
PM Owner Report
We’ve launched a dedicated Owner Report designed specifically for Property Managers. This comprehensive view helps you communicate value to your owners with professional, high-level data.
- Six Key KPIs: Track Recognized Unit Revenue, Adjusted Paid Occupancy, Guest Check-ins, Nights Sold, Nights Unavailable, and ALOS.
- Trend Visualizations: Five new charts (Revenue, Stacked Nights, RevPAR, Occupancy, and ADR) featuring Year-over-Year (YoY) comparison overlays.
- Reservation Details: Detailed tables including stay-type classifications for granular auditing.
Enhanced Navigation & Filtering
- Deep-Link Scorecards: Click "See more" on any landing page scorecard to jump directly to the full report. Your filters (date range, market, and KPI) will follow you automatically.
- Detail-View Filters: Report-specific filters (like "Show Individual Markets") are now available directly within expanded modal views, so you don’t have to head back to the dashboard header to tweak your view.
- Secure Archiving: To keep workspaces organized, dashboard archiving is now restricted to the Dashboard Owner. We’ve also polished the workflow to ensure your navigation menu refreshes immediately after a report is archived.
FEATURE IMPROVEMENTS
Interactive Home Page Scorecards
Your Home Page is now fully actionable. Scorecards respond instantly to click events, allowing you to jump from a high-level metric straight into its detailed data view.
Standardized Table Displays
To keep your reports clean and consistent, missing or unavailable data values across all tables now display an elegant em dash (—) instead of mixed labels like "Unavailable" or "-". We’ve also added context-aware tooltips to explain why data might be absent (e.g., "No nights available during this period" for blocked units).
Restored: Dashboard Description Toggle & Scrolling
The button to hide dashboard descriptions has been successfully restored. Additionally, auto-scrolling to specific dashboard sections now perfectly accounts for the sticky header, ensuring a smooth browsing experience.
Clearer Booking Source Labels
Reports grouped by booking source will now display "Not Specified" instead of "Unknown" for reservations without an assigned booking source, providing more professional and precise language across your reports.
Shared Dashboards
We’ve overhauled the experience for stakeholders viewing reports via shared links to ensure professional consistency:
- Legible Group Names: Filters now correctly display your custom property group names instead of technical IDs (GUIDs).
- Smart Sorting: Columns now sort by their actual data type (currency, date, or percentage) rather than alphabetically. No more "$100" appearing before "$20."
- Full-Width Tables: All table types now utilize the full 12-column grid width for better readability on large screens.
- Complete Metadata: Fixed an issue where KPI labels and chart data were missing in shared views; your stakeholders will now see exactly what you see.
Email & AI Scheduling
- Global Formatting: Scheduled emails and AI digests now strictly respect your locale preferences. International customers will see the correct currency symbols, date formats, and number separators.
- Schedule Clarity: Fixed a display bug where "Monthly" subscriptions appeared as "None" in the subscription table.
- AI Accuracy: Refined the date range calculations for AI-generated projection emails to ensure more accurate forecasting.
REPORTING BUG FIXES
Reporting Data Accuracy Fixes
-
Shared Link and Leaderboard Rendering: We have corrected rendering paths for Unit Leaderboard shared links and consolidated filter display logic. Custom group names and markets now resolve perfectly, and Compare Table reports will correctly utilize the proper compare table renderer in all shared links.
-
Accurate Unit Counts: Rollup Leaderboard and Budgeting Reports: Fixed an issue where reports utilizing parent-child property rollups were computing total units based on the maximum single property weight rather than summing all units. Unit Leaderboard, Unit Details, and Unit Budgeting reports now reflect exact, fully summed unit counts.
-
Eliminated: Revenue Double-Counting in Unit Details: When both a rollup parent and its child properties were simultaneously selected in filters, revenue was being counted twice. The system now intelligently aggregates from parent rows only, protecting your revenue data integrity.
-
Clean Settings: Exclusion of Soft-Deleted & Ignored Units: Units marked as deleted or ignored will no longer erroneously appear as active in your In/Out of Service settings page, property exports, or status metrics.
- Revenue-to-Goal Fix: Corrected a calculation error where budget projections used the wrong revenue metric. The system is now "budget-aware," automatically matching the revenue type (Nightly vs. Recognized) to your specific budget configuration.
- Accounting Rule Priority: Fixed a logic error to ensure Tenant-level preferences are honored above all else when calculating KPIs like ADR and RevPAR.
- Booking Source Labels: Replaced confusing "Unknown" or blank labels with a consistent "Not Specified" tag for reservations missing source data.
System Stability
- Template Gallery: Fixed a Revenue Manager error that occurred when attempting to load unconfigured dashboard templates.
