Account Administration
A guide for DMO administrators managing users, markets, and account-level settings
For DMO Administrators
If you have an administrator role, you have additional capabilities beyond standard users:
- Invite users — Add new team members to your organization's account
- Manage roles — Assign admin or standard user roles
- Restrict markets — Limit specific users to a subset of your organization's assigned markets
- Manage teams — Create team groupings for organizing users
- Account settings — Access organization-level configuration
Market Access Settings
As an admin, you can control which markets each user can access:
- Full — User sees all markets assigned to the organization
- Limited — User only sees the specific markets you select
- Blocked — User has no market access (effectively disabled)
This is useful for larger DMO organizations where different team members focus on different destinations.
Requesting Account Changes
Some account changes require action from your account manager:
- Adding or removing markets
- Enabling hotel data access
- Enabling OTA data (Airbnb/Vrbo)
- Changing account tier (Full ↔ Lite)
Contact your DestinationData Partner Success Manager to request any of these changes.
